LNS is always looking to connect with experienced IT professionals. If you're a senior consultant with relevant government or enterprise experience, we want to hear from you.
We maintain a network of senior-level consultants across a broad range of IT disciplines. Current areas of active interest include:
We are actively seeking consultants across two AI practice areas: AI Infrastructure Architects who design high-density data centres and GPU clusters for AI/HPC workloads, and AI Integration Consultants who embed AI tools into enterprise business functions such as finance, operations, marketing, and legal. Experience with leading AI platforms and modular data centre solutions is highly valued.
Enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architects with deep GC experience. Expertise in TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, and the full spectrum of data centre, cloud, and hybrid architecture design.
IT security architects and advisors with direct, hands-on experience designing security architectures and producing SA&A, ATO, ConOps, TRA, and related security documentation for GC and enterprise environments.
Cloud architects and engineers with hands-on experience across public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms — including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and on-premise private cloud — with strong security and compliance awareness.
Senior PMs with demonstrated GC and enterprise program delivery experience. Skilled in managing complex, multi-year IT initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and GC governance frameworks including PMLC, SDLC, and Architecture Review Boards.
Network design specialists with deep multi-vendor experience across LAN, WAN, data centre, and software-defined networking environments — including physical cabling, switching, firewall, and wireless architectures.
Full-stack developers, DevOps practitioners, and solution developers with experience building enterprise-grade applications — including AI-assisted development, API integration, and secure application environments.
LNS is developing capability across two distinct and high-demand AI consulting practices. The first is designing the physical infrastructure that runs AI workloads. The second is integrating AI tools into the business functions of large enterprises and government organizations. Both represent major and growing consulting opportunities in the Canadian and global marketplace.
Designing the physical and logical environments required to run AI and HPC workloads — from hyperscale enterprise data centres to modular, deployable solutions such as Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure prefabricated facilities. AI workloads demand rack densities of 50–120kW+ and specialized cooling, power, and networking infrastructure that legacy environments cannot support.
Embedding AI tools and platforms directly into the business functions of large enterprises — government departments, Crown corporations, and Fortune 500-class organizations. The era of AI experimentation is over. Enterprise integration has begun. Every major business function is being redesigned around AI tools, and organizations need consultants who understand both the technology and the business process deeply enough to drive real transformation.
If you are a consultant with hands-on experience in AI infrastructure design, LLM integration, or enterprise AI transformation — particularly in government or large enterprise environments — we want to connect with you. This is the fastest-growing area of demand across all of our client sectors, and we are actively building our AI consulting practice.
We value genuine subject-matter expertise built over years of real-world delivery — not surface-level familiarity with a long list of acronyms.
Our consultants regularly brief senior government officials and executives. Clear, confident communication in both written and verbal form is essential.
Working in government environments requires an innate understanding of security considerations — not just compliance checkbox awareness.
Senior consultants are expected to take ownership of their assignments. Initiative, professional judgment, and proactive problem-solving matter.
Our consultant submission portal — where you'll be able to upload your resume directly into our secure talent repository for active opportunity matching — is currently under development.
